Product Description
Description
Exocool is a non-invasive medical device designed to quickly cool and numb the skin in sensitive areas before performing medical or aesthetic procedures, such as injections, blood draws, biopsies or dermatological treatments. This instant cooling system is intended to minimize the pain and discomfort of the patient by reducing the sensitivity of the skin.
Exocool has a system of light indicators that help us know when it is ready for use. These are the confirmed light codes:
- Green light: Indicates that the device has reached the optimal temperature and is ready to be used safely.
- Blue light: Indicates that the device is too cold to use and there is a risk of cold burn (cryoburn). In this case, it is recommended to leave it outside the freezer until the light changes to green.
- Red light: Indicates that the device is not cold enough to numb the skin. It must cool longer in the freezer until it reaches the appropriate temperature.
Characteristics of the test
- Medical grade aluminum alloy cooling tip.
- Resistant plastic body for medical use.
- Cooling time: 4-10 seconds, depending on the type.
- Compact size, easy to transport and store in a standard freezer.
- For all skin types.
Applications
Use in clinics, laboratories, and aesthetic centers for minor procedures. Ideal for minimizing the pain of injections, vaccines, and blood draws.
Efficiency
