Pharmacogenetics of acenocoumarol and preventive medicine
The most widely used oral anticoagulant drug in Spain is acenocoumarol (Sintrom®), although in the world the universally used one is warfarin, very similar, the only thing that the dose of Sintrom® is half of warfarin, to obtain the same effects.
